Soyyyyy

As we mourn the loss of a true mate all we can really do is think what if... Friday and Saturday were days/nights to remember as the boys got together and gave sawyer the send off he deserved. As the beers went down and the police came and went on friday night, more than a 100 people got up early the next day to paddle out at south curly for Nath. Here are some flicks... R.I.P mate. We will miss you...

The birth of EB

ALTHOUGH the title may suggest otherwise,I am now involving myself in the postings of this blog. I hope you find these first few blog points interesting and i hope to upload more in the future EB.

In the wake of the parklife lineup being announced, I have decided to post a few mixes etc from dj's and bands announced. This years lineup is again promising and Fuzzy has yet again chosen a diverse and different mix of bands that set itself apart from other festivals. Here are a few tracks from Brodinski AC Slater, and others. Check Parklife.com.au for the full lineup.

MOVING onto art, here a just a few graff video's which i can't stop frothing over. In relation to the POSE & EWOK vid, be sure to check their blog reguarly as they upload all their works frequently and most of it is pretty fucken dope.

Finally, Josh showed me this and I couldnt help but steal it from the monster children's facebook page. Enjoy

Boredom

Boredom results in some funny shit. Pat spent several hundred dollar bills on a new set of bindings. He brought them over to my place and we coloured them up a bit. What else is there to do when the surf is rubbish and everyone else is at school. Here is the finished product....

17th Biennale of Sydney

The 17th Biennale of Sydney is rocking at the moment and i would encourage anyone who has a free day to head on into the city and check it out. We went and saw it out today and had a rad time over on cockatoo island. The exhibition focuses on the 'beauty of distance - songs of survival in a precious age' and has some very nice works from all types of artists. Here some flicks from the day....

3 weeks straight of rain

It is a rare sight to see a little bit of sunshine at the moment. 3 weeks of rain have provided many with simply nothing to do. Heres a rare little youtube clip that might get you just a little bit in the mood.

The Garage

Friday night was as pat k calls it a sleeper. We started out in the garage with some carlton longnecks before making our way to a new found drinking spot 'club totem'. An unexpectedly entertaining night and very loose at that.

The Red Eyes

I heard these guys on the radio the other day and thought that their sounds were pretty rad. They are a dub/reggae band coming out of Melbourne and they are just about to release a new album called RED ARMY.

18th

My 18th birthday was the other week. Everyone who mattered attended a shindig at mine and it was an enjoyable night for all. Here are some snaps that affirm jack was off his rocker. Enjoy...
